Every town has its own hidden nooks and crannies. From rustic barns to urban graffiti walls to tall grassy fields, these spots add local flavor to your photos. Ask for your photographer’s expertise—they're likely to have a list of go-to spots that are local favorite spots.

Sometimes, the best locations are found the old-fashioned way—by getting out there. Take a drive, walk, or hike around your city or countryside. You’d be surprised how often the perfect spot is just around the corner!

In photography, light is everything. A location might look completely different in the soft glow of sunrise versus the afternoon, the golden hour of sunset, or the blue hour.
